Privacy Policy

Your private information is safe with us.  We do collect various pieces of information from you in order to conduct business with you.  Specifically, we may ask you for the following types of information:

• E-mail Address - We offer a periodic e-mail newsletter.  If you'd like to subscribe to this newsletter, you can do so via the form on the home page, or on your account preferences page.  We will not subscribe you to the newsletter without an active request. 
  During the ordering process, we also ask you for your e-mail address, so that we may keep you updated on the status of your order, or contact you in the event that we have questions for you related to your order.
  If you purchase an online Gift Certificate, we will require a valid e-mail address for the recipient.  This e-mail address is not used for any purpose but to deliver the gift certificate. 
• Telephone Number - We need your telephone number when you place an order, in case we have any questions about it.
• Name - When you establish an account or place an order, we need to have your name for billing, shipping and legal purposes.
• Shipping Address - When you place an order, we must have your shipping address in order to arrange delivery.
• Billing Address -  When you place an order, we must have your billing address to verify your credit card information.
• Payment Information - When you place an order, we need your credit card information.  For your security, we do not store this information electronically after your order has been processed.  For this reason, you will need to re-enter your payment information for each order.
• Driver's License - In order to verify that you are of legal age to order alcoholic products, we require you to enter your license number for our records.  We reserve the right to request a fax or photocopy of your license, or to require other proof of age before we fulfill your order.

We will never sell  your information with any third party.  Of course, we will supply the information needed to authorize your credit card charge to our credit card processor, and we'll give your name and address to the carrier to ship your order, and we will cooperate with the authorities in the prosecution of a criminal case as required by law.  We will not share your information for marketing or any other purposes.

With the credit card exception noted above, we do maintain your data in our database  for your convenience and for internal administrative purposes.  If you would prefer that we remove this information once your order has been completed, simply let us know, and we'll be happy to do so.

We also offer you the option of storing frequently-used addresses and other information in association with an account you may establish on our site.  You can log into that account at any time during your visit, and your preferred shipping and billing details will be filled in on the current order (assuming you haven't already provided this information).

Cookies - The Liquid Solutions e-commerce Web site makes extensive use of cookies in order to manage your shopping cart, maintain continuity as you navigate the site, and for various other internal administrative purposes.  These cookies all expire when you close your browser session.  If you request, we will put a persistent cookie on your system to save you the trouble of logging into your account on subsequent visits to the site.
