Also called “Cerveza Crema”, this is a great summer offering that pours a DEEP copper color. It has a nice, ample head that sticks around a while. The aroma is subtle with spicy nutty tones with some grassy hop. The flavor is ever so slightly sweet and has a touch of caramel and nut with a spice flavor that I can’t quite put my finger on. This is not a hop driven beer but the grassy hops finish with a bitterness washes out the light sweet flavor and leaves you wanting more. Well done.
