This pale/golden ale is quite flavorful for such a light, crisp, refreshing beer. It is bottle conditioned (yeast at the bottom) and the yeast is providing a fruity (apple/banana) tone to it. It finishes rather dry with a pleasant hop bitterness at the end. A unique brew that Cooper’s should be (and probably is) very proud of.
