The color is deep amber / brown and the head is substantial but settles quickly to an inch of foam. The hoppy aroma mingles with a slight sweet bready malt. The flavor starts off with a crisp flowery / grassy hop character and finishes with a smooth malt finish. A very well done bitter. Not over the top on the hops and enough malt to balance it all out.
