I am very excited to announce a new IPA from Deschutes. As many of you know Deschutes is an Oregon brewery that has consistently product top quality brews. Even though their Quail Springs IPA was not a big seller it was nonetheless a fine well made beer. Due to slow sales they decided to come up with an IPA that better fits the northwest palate. What exactly does that mean? Inversion is a big-hopped IPA that has lots of citrusy, pineapple fruity hops, a big stiff bitter at the end and a lightly caramel malting to balance. Unlike their Bond Street series and their seasonal 12oz bottles, this beer will be available all year round.
