This Belgian-style trippel ale is made with candi sugar and coriander. It is a very well designed brew that has many layers that fit well together. Golden with a tint of orange, thin but lacy head. It has a sweet aroma of orange and peach. The flavor starts with a slight candy sweetness and moves to a crisp but not bitter hop offering. The finish is moving to the dry side without quite getting there and the flavor moves into a spicy phenol that is lightly cinnamon like.
