Black in the glass with a brown fringe, this beer pours with a creamy tan head. The aroma is of dark chocolate and coffee with sweet toffee. The aromas carry over into the flavor with the chocolate being more of a dry cocoa, and the coffee coming through smoother and rounder than the smell. Silky and thick with 10% alcohol, this beer should be sipped but is easy to drink and disappears too quickly.
